How do I order a custom made bedding set for my baby's cot?

A: Click on the Message us button on the bottom right hand corner of the page, and you'll be in direct communication with us, or simply email us at info@littlebabybumps.com.au

 
Where can I select fabrics from?

A: You can source your own or we can happily assist you with thousands of fabric choices through our suppliers or anywhere you can buy fabric from.
Price will vary from fabric to fabric.


How long does it take to make and receive my item?

A: We generally allow up-to 2-4 weeks depending on pending orders after finalising fabric choices and confirming availability of chosen fabric to postage. This however may vary depending on circumstances.

 

How much does postage cost?

A: Postage costs vary depending on the products purchased. Large items will be posted with tracking number through Australia Post and other carriers. Please note that smaller items that are posted as large letter rates ($2-$5) will be untracked.

 

Can I exchange or refund?

A: We do not offer any exchanges or refunds for customised orders. We only offer exchanges to unused faulty items within 7 days of receiving the goods. For further information about our return policy please navigate to our terms of service and refund policy section.

 

Do you offer any other custom made products other than baby bedding?

A: Yes we also take custom orders for clothing and accessories. We are also able to personalise products such as quilts, bibs, burp cloths etc. If you have any other items that you are wanting to get custom made or personalised please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss. We are open to new custom ideas and would be happy to assist!
